How do I place an order?

You can simply add items you like to your cart and use one of our friendly payment methods to place your order.
How can I update my details, such as change my address?"

You can manage all your personal details from your online profile. Login to your profile and you will have access to your account (menu in top right of the screen on your profile home page). From here you can update any contact details, phone numbers, email addresses, physical address for delivery as well as your billing information.
How do subscriptions work?

We know how chaotic life can get, so we have made Veggie Dealer boxes available to you as a subscription, so that you do not have to worry about making sure you have Nature's bounty delivered to your door.These boxes contain hand selected, seasonal products, and you can determine the frequency of our deliveries in a month. We also make payment easy by billing you based on your requested delivery requency.
How can I cancel my order?

Our subscription service is not a contract, and you can cancel if you decide you don't want to use our service anymore. You can cancel your subscription from the 'My Subscriptions Page' under your profile. If you are looking to cancel your account, we'd really appreciate knowing why. If it's something we can improve on, please let us know!
Where do you deliver to?

We are happily delivering to the Gauteng province (we will be adding fruitful joy to other provinces and countries soon). Do note that each region will be charged a different delivery fee, which you will be able to see during checkout.
Do you have free delivery?

Yes, we will deliver your order free of charge for all orders exceeding R450.
When do you deliver?

We deliver on Wednesdays afternoons and Saturdays for households. We deliver from Tuesday to Fridays for businesses from 6AM (depending on your region in Gauteng)
